Which headcount counts for the thresholds?

Your number of workers — the Directive's bands are 100–149, 150–249 and 250+. Member states define the exact counting method in national law, and may lower the thresholds; when in doubt, plan for the stricter band.

We're growing — which band applies?

The band is judged on your real headcount, so crossing 150 moves you into the 2027 wave. Because reporting covers the preceding calendar year, plan for the band you'll be in next year, not the one you're in today.

Is anything I type here stored?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser — the headcount is never sent to any server. If you request the email summary, we send only the computed calendar to the address you give.
