Prices exclude VAT. You sign up with your EU VAT number (validated in VIES). Businesses established outside Romania are invoiced with reverse charge — 0% VAT (Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC) and account for VAT locally; Romanian businesses are invoiced with Romanian VAT.

Why are the prices public?
Because we sell transparency — hiding our prices would be absurd. Plans follow the Directive's thresholds (50/150/250 employees), so you pay exactly for the obligations you have.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — 20% off any plan paid annually.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. Egalis on egalis.eu is B2B only: you sign up with your EU VAT number (validated in VIES). For businesses established outside Romania, the reverse charge mechanism applies (Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC) — you are invoiced at 0% VAT and account for VAT in your own member state.
What happens if our employee count outgrows the plan?
The plan is validated against the real number of employees in your import. If you exceed it, you get a non-blocking 14-day warning; after that, only generating new reports pauses — your data and existing reports remain accessible, with full export at any time, on any plan.
Is the AI module mandatory?
No — the product is complete without AI, and every workflow has a guided manual variant. The AI module ships exclusively on Enterprise and only accelerates: proposed mappings, codes and drafts, each starting from a click and validated by a human. Individual names and salaries are never sent to the AI model — only job titles and aggregate values.
