Vacancy notice checker

Paste a job ad and check the three recruitment rules of the Pay Transparency Directive in seconds: the pay range, the salary-history ban, gender-neutral language. The text never leaves your browser.

The check runs in your browser — the text is never sent anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the checker look for?

The three Art. 5 rules: (1) a pay level or range communicated in the notice (vague phrases like 'competitive salary' are flagged); (2) any request for the candidate's pay history — banned in any form; (3) gendered, age- or appearance-coded phrasing that should be neutral.

My ad has no salary — is it automatically illegal?

Not automatically: the Directive also accepts communicating the pay range in writing before the interview. But then compliance depends on your process never missing a candidate — publishing the range in the ad is the simple, robust option.

Is the text of my ad uploaded anywhere?

No. The check runs entirely in your browser — nothing you paste here is sent to or stored on our servers.

The checker covers frequent English-language patterns, not every possible wording — treat a clean result as a good sign, not legal advice. Full context in the compliant recruitment guide.
